Does Orderbetta deliver Country Wide?

Orderbetta delivers in Lusaka to small shop owners. We also deliver outside Lusaka for special orders, pickup and delivery service.

How Long Will It Take To Get My stock?

Delivery is within 24 hours in Lusaka and 72hrs outside Lusaka. This means if you are within Lusaka, you will get your stock same day.

PAYMENT

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We accept cash on delivery (C.O.D), Bank Transfer and credit card payment. Note that in some cases, stock will only be released upon confirmation of payment.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

You have our full support to make your online buying safe. You will be assisted by our agents in your area to complete the order.

How do I place an Order?

To place an order, select or search products you want to stock. Add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout to complete your order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

If you happen to change your mind, you can council the order within 2hrs of placing an order. Orderbetta will not accept cancellation of orders already in transit to your store.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes, you will need to have an account in order to complete your order. creating an account is completely free and takes less than 2 minutes.

How Do I Track My Order?

Once you order is completed, a tracking code will be generated and you can use it to track the status of your order whether pending, completed or delivered.
